We believe in total user ownership of technical telemetry. You retain the absolute right to request database extraction or purging of any personal information.
We collect personal information directly when you interact with our platform. This includes contact inquiries, calendar booking coordinates, emails, and any general inquiries routed through the Vyndra Tech lead generation modules.
• Direct Identifiers: Name, email address, connection channels, and optional professional briefs.
• Technical Telemetry: IP address, browser agents, geographic region, and routing flow patterns.
Collected metrics are leveraged strictly to deliver high-performance user interfaces, manage administrative systems, dynamically resolve site availability indexes, and coordinate agency communication pipelines. We do not engage in ad-targeting or sell behavioral profiles.
All client communications and system metrics are containerized and secured via industry-standard encryption algorithms (AES-256). Database schemas in Supabase rely on row-level security (RLS) policies to prevent unauthorized backend leaks.
